Sample Methods of AEI Taxes that can benefit your benefit your community.


  • 1) $1 Tax on every "adult magazine" or "adult book" sold by a retailer in your community (Seven-11)
  • 2) $5 tax on every DVD or Video with a MPAA rating of R or worse sold by a retailer in your community (Blockbuster)
  • 3) $0.50 tax on every DVD or Video with a MPAA rating of R or worse rented to a resident in your community (NetFlix)
  • 4) $0.25 tax on every cinema ticket sold to see a movie rated "R" by the MPAA because it includes material inappropriate for minors
  • 5) $1.00 tax on every cinema ticket sold to see a movie rated "X" or "NC-17" by the MPAA because it features material inappropriate for minors

  • 9) A Quarterly tax of $20.00 per forum on community resident hosting a website with "adult forums". Increase the tax to $80.00 per forum if such forum is not protected by a credit card based age verification system.
  • 10) A Quarterly tax of $0.10 per weblink on community resident hosting a website search engine with direct weblink to any website with "adult material". Increase the tax to $0.25 per weblink if such weblink is not protected by a credit card based age verification system.
  • 11) A Quarterly tax of $0.20 per cache image on community resident hosting a website with cache snapshots from other websites featuring "adult material". Increase the tax to $0.85 per image if such cache image is not protected by a credit card based age verification system.

If your state or province hosts a giant search engine providor with over millions of such taxable incidents as described above, you should be able to lobby to get a significant portion of your personal income tax burden shifted to these rich profiteers. Afterall the AEI is one of the most profitable business groups around. All of these taxes should be able defensible in court as a taxation and regulation on commerce.
